I am excited to announce that we will be opening in Nanango in February 2025, bringing compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental psychotherapy services to the South Burnett region to ages 16+. Mission

To create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to navigate life’s challenges, pursue personal growth, and enhance their overall well-being.

Approach

Client safety is our top priority. We take a trauma-informed, empathetic approach in every interaction, and we are committed to working in partnership with you to achieve your identified goals.

Modalities

Clients receive a tailored therapeutic plan that addresses their specific concerns, drawing on a range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

Individual

A private and confidential session where counsellor and client work collaboratively to explore and address personal and emotional challenges in an open, supportive, and non-judgmental environment. Individual counselling helps you gain insight into your thoughts and feelings, build resilience, and empower you to make positive changes that improve your quality of life.

Couples

Couples’ appointments help you and your partner to:
(1) develop the tools needed to communicate more effectively (and disagree constructively),
(2) achieve specific goals, or
(3) move past events or conflicts affecting your relationship. While sessions typically involve both partners, a mix of individual and joint sessions are also available

Life Coaching

A one-off, solution-focused session for issues that don’t require extensive exploration. This type of appointment is ideal if you have something specific to work through or need to develop a ‘game plan’ to address a problem. If further sessions are needed, we can discuss this at the end of your appointment.
